The excitement is here! Learn from the largest Karate organization in NC. Earn a black belt, become a tournament Champion, or simply have fun and get in shape! Our programs are designed to teach mental discipline, release stress, build confidence, and keep you in shape.
Little Dragons (ages 3-5) Offers Karate fun and excitement! 30 minute lessons build early coordination and teach valuable social skills. Students learn karate basics plus "Stranger Danger" and earn belts from white thru black stripe, plus participate in non-competitive tournaments where every students wins a first place trophy.
Karate (ages 5 through adults) Get in on the ground floor on your way to a black belt! Learn mental discipline, earn your way up the ranks, and participate in tournaments. We teach a blend of American Karate, Tae Kwan Do and Judo in this comprehensive program. Families are welcome – children are our specialty!
