Go for the Gold on the AAU Girl’s team!  Competitive gymnastics teaches the ultimate in goal setting, poise, and personal excellence. Emphasis is on achieving your own personal best and sportsmanship. AAU Team girls train twice each week and compete in 3-5 meets each spring. Choose two of the listed workout times.

AAU girls compete in meets in the Triad area, and may qualify to the AAU State Championships. In addition to monthly tuition, there are additional fees for uniforms and meet entries.
