USA Gymnastics Girl’s Team

Salem boasts the area’s premiere girl’s team, with girls competing statewide and through the National Level. Over the years, Salem has gained respect as one of the top teams in the nation. Our athletes have taken gold at Nationals 14 times and have represented the USA on National and International Teams.
Many of our athletes have continued gymnastics on college scholarships – see our Wall of Fame!

Competitive gymnastics teaches the ultimate in goal setting, poise, and personal excellence. Emphasis is on achieving your own personal best and sportsmanship.

As we move into the fall, we would like to start with better lines of communication. This is something that must be done by all parties. We are going to provide more frequent e-mails and offer meetings that will be per request of the parents. The meeting times will be Friday’s and Saturday’s after practice. To request a meeting you must send an e-mail to curtis@salemgym.com. I will reply and let you know if that time is open. We will try to keep it to a 15 minute meeting to give everyone time to meet. If you feel that more time is need we can do a follow up meeting. Please keep in mind that these meetings are regarding your gymnast only.

The fall schedule is as follows: Level 4 Mon/Wed 3:30-6:30 Friday 3:30-7:30

Level 5 Tues/Thurs/Friday 3:30-7:30

Level 6 Tues/Thurs/Friday 3:30-7:30 Sat 10-1
