We Provide:

Set-Up: Refreshment Area and Gymnastics Equipment
Invitations: Including a map to Salem Gymnastics and a liability release
Paper Products: Tablecloths, napkins, plates, cups, forks
- Girls: : Pink Tablecloths and Gymnastics theme
- Boys: Blue Tablecloths and Happy Birthday theme
Drinks- Hawaiian Punch
Entertainment: The kids will have a blast playing in the foam pit, jumping on the trampoline, racing through our giant inflatable obstacle course, tumbling through our gymnastics circuits, and dancing to gymnastics songs.
We will serve your refreshments and organize gift opening in the party room, in addition to cleaning up!
Gold Medals for the birthday child and guests!

You Bring:

Refreshments: Cake, Ice Cream-optional (cups work great). If you bring ice cream, please bring your own spoons.
Papa Johns Pizza on Country Club Road offers our Birthday Party Customers a 30% discount for each order.
Dewey’s Bakery on Country Club Rd. will offer our Birthday Party Customers a 10% discount for each cake order.
Candles, Matches
Serving Utensils for your cake
Treat Bags (optional) to be handed out at the end of the party after the kids have on their shoes and socks.
Camera/Video Camera
Decorations (optional): balloons and banners allowed, no table confetti please.

Cost and Format:

This includes a $75 non-refundable deposit due when party is booked; the balance is due the day of the party.
2 and 3 year olds: 1 hour party.
- 40 minutes of gymnastics and 20 minutes of cake and opening gifts.
- $180 (including deposit)
Ages 4 and up: 1 ½ hour party
- 60 minutes of gymnastics and 30 minutes of cake and opening gifts
- $210 (including deposit)

*We can accommodate 2 and 3 year olds with an 1 1/2 hr party for an additional $30, upon request.

Policies:

The birthday party cost is for up to 15 children, including birthday child and siblings. Additional children are allowed at $5 each.
Only children who bring the signed liability form on invitation will be allowed to participate.
SGC birthday party coordinator (see email address below) must be notified the Wednesday prior to your party to confirm the number of children expected to attend. This is just a best guess headcount. You will only be charged for the children that attend and actively participate in the party.
Please set your RSVP for a week before your party.
* Due to limited party room time, please do not bring family gifts. Thank You.

Scheduling: Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis for Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
