SCHEDULE:

| Friday April 5 | Level 9 Competition |
| Saturday April 6 | Level 9 &10 Competition |
| Sunday April 7 | Level 10 Competition |
There will be 6 separate workout periods with a maximum of
60 athletes per session.
Each athlete will receive 2 minutes on each apparatus during the workout session.
There will be a 20 minute stretch period followed immediately by 8 workout rotations.
Each athlete will receive time on the warm-up and competitive equipment.

FOLLOWING WORKOUT SESSION - 6
Gymnasts Party/Dance in the Adams Mark Hotel from 7-10 PM Thursday, April 4th.
The Region 8 Board voted in their December 1999 meeting that at Level 9 & 10 Regionals, the athletes will compete in sessions from youngest to oldest. The Region will do everything possible to adhere to this plan. However, there is the possibility that an age group will need to be combined with another age group due to insufficient numbers for one session. This will change the competitive time. If two age groups need to be combined, the youngest group will determine when the combined group competes. |
