Salem Gymnasts Make a Great Showing at the Turkey Tumble 2002!
Michelle Smith and Kristin Aloi, both level 6 gymnasts, won gold medals in the all-around competition. Also in the level 6 competition, Katlin Isaacs, Katelyn Jones and Kayla McCann won silver medals in the all-around. Coming in with a bronze medal in the same category was Amanda Bergdorf. To top off the successes of the level 6 gymnasts, they all pulled together to win the team competition at the Turkey Tumble 2002. Way to go, level 6 gymnasts!
The level 5 gymnasts made a great showing as well. They pulled in five gold medals in the all around competition with Carly Vis, Julia Heelan, Elizabeth Carlton, Joanna Wright and Maya Horton all earning first place scores. Congratulations, Level 5 gymnasts!
Christina Gagliano showed her talents by earning a gold medal in the all-around competition for the level 4’s. Great job, Christina!
