We at Salem Gymnastics are proud to host the 2006 State Meet for Levels 7 – 10. Our Staff and Boosters club have been working hard to make this an enjoyable experience for gymnasts, coaches, families and officials. Important Meet Information

1. All Coaches will be required to wear their USAG credential when on the floor.
2. All boards must be left on their assigned events. If you bring a board, it must be approved by the Meet Referee and must be available for all sessions.
3. Coach’s children and team members not in the current session will not be allowed on the floor. This will be strictly enforced by the Meet Referee.
4. All inquiries must be turned into the Meet Referee no later than five minutes after a rotation. Remember that scores can be lowered as the result of an inquiry.
5. Please check carefully the enclosed roster. E-mail or fax corrections as soon as possible.
6. Coaches will be given a roster to verify ages at the coaches meeting prior to each session. Once this roster is signed and turned in, no further adjustments to age will be allowed.
7. Regional qualifiers for Level 8 will be announced at the conclusion of the last Level 8 session and after team awards. You must register your gymnast at that time with the proper paper work and one gym check* for your athletes who have qualified. Failure to register at this time will forfeit your athletes spot. Athletes will also be fitted for Regional apparel at this time.
8. Regional qualifiers for Level 9 and 10 will be announced at the conclusion of each session. The qualifying score is a 34.00 for both levels. You must fill in the proper paper work at this time. Your athletes will be sized for their Regional apparel at this time. One gym check per club* may be given to the State Chairperson as payment for all of your athletes at the conclusion of your clubs last session. Failure to follow the proper procedures could result in your athletes being disqualified.
9. If you have high school senior gymnasts competing, please fill out the enclosed senior profile and return it to the gym promptly.
10. Coaches will not be allowed in the Net-Score area at anytime. A separate monitor with results will be available at another location.
