FORMAT: Girls will compete on all four events: VAULT, BARS, BEAM and FLOOR. Boys will compete on four events: FLOOR, HIGH BAR, VAULT and PARALLEL BARS.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Gymnasts should enter the State Games through their gymnastics club/school.
• If you would like to enter your club/school, please contact the State Games office for a gymnastics entry packet. Coaches will submit all forms together in a packet.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS:
• Individuals not affiliated with a club/school may use the individual entry form.
• After completing the participant information and emergency contact information, check Gymnastics in the "Sport Entered" section of the individual entry form.
• Enter the event code and level name in Part 1.
• Enter your 2002-2003 USAG competition level (if applicable) on line 1 of Part 2.
• Enter the enclosed fee in Part 3.
• An appropriate signature must be included on the Agreement to Participate.
AWARDS: Top finishers will receive gold, silver and bronze medals.
