Please search our web pages to locate the class(es) you wish to register for.  You can locate appropriate classes by age (use the red box in the upper right hand corner) or by program (in the left hand column)

- ONLINE REGISTRATION (save $10 by registering online)
Simply click the “register” link beside the class of your choice, and you will be connected to the secure site Jackrabbit Class where you can register your child.  Once your form has been submitted, you will receive an e-mail confirmation insuring we have received your request.  LOOK FOR A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL indicating your registration has been approved. 

Once you have completed online registration, you will be able to review your account at any time to check payments, change contact information, and much more, all from your home computer!  Simply click on the Jackrabbit in the upper right corner of our web page.  If it is your first time logging in, click “I forgot my password” and a password will be sent to you.

- PAPER REGISTRATION (full price)
Stop by the Salem office to get a registration form, or download one here Salem Paper Registration.   Turn it in to the Salem Front Office with your registration fee.

REGISTRATION FEE:
An annual registration fee of $40 per child * is due upon registration and on your anniversary date, thereafter.  Auto Pay customers will have their registration fee drafted with their first month’s tuition.
* Save $10 per child by registering on-line.
* Save an additional $10 per child by enrolling in Auto Pay.  Visit your Jackrabbit account to enter your billing information and never worry about making your payment!

Customers who switch from Auto Pay to Standard Monthly Billing will be charged a $10 per child processing fee.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS:
Salem Gymnastics, Salem Dance, Fit-nastics, and Sports Motions:  A 10% discount applies to all second classes or second children or more per family.
Salem FitKids: A 50% discount applies to all second classes or more per family.

KARATE REGISTRATION
Talk to the staff in the Karate dojo located inside the Salem Gymnastics Sports Center.  They will explain the paperwork and fees, or call Tina Morgan at 336.408.2197.
