AAU or USAG ... How do they compare?

Salem Gymnastics is excited to add AAU competition to our programs. The AAU program allows us to provide a recreational approach to the sport of gymnastics.

General |
AAU is for girls who want to continue competing gymnastics on a recreational Level. |
USAG is for more advanced girls who strive to achieve the highest level of competitive gymnastics.

Practices |

AAU Level 3 can choose two workouts from four offered each week. AAU Level 4 & 5 will train Tues & Thurs 3:30-6:00.
